Occupancy
Maximum number of guests is 4. Only the individuals listed in this agreement may stay overnight at the property.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In: 3PM
Check-Out: 11AM (Late checkout or early check in may be available upon request.)
Cabin Rules
No Pets: Pets are not allowed inside of the cabin. Violation of this policy may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and additional cleaning fees.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property, including all enclosed spaces and within 10 feet of entrances and windows. Violation will result in a $250 cleaning fee and may lead to immediate termination of stay without a refund.
No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted without prior arrangement.
No confetti (incl. rose petals, glitter, etc.)
No commercial photography without prior arrangement
Parking One dedicated parking spot is located in the alley directly behind the cabin. In addition, 24 free street parking is available in front of the cabin on Elm Street.
Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment.
Damage and Liability
Guest agrees to leave the property in the same condition as it was at check-in. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit. Guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their invitees. A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on the card on file one day before arrival and released five days after departure, assuming no damages occur.
Items Left Behind
Guests are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed at check-out. If an item is found and the Guest requests its return, we are happy to mail it for the cost of shipping plus a $25 handling fee which will go directly to our cleaner/manager for their time. Items not claimed within 14 days of check-out may be discarded or donated at the Host’s discretion.
Cancellations and Refunds
50% refund if canceled 14 days before check-in. 100% refund if cancelled within 30 days.
In the case of severe weather, a credit toward a future stay may be offered.
Entry
Owner or authorized agent may enter the premises in case of emergency or with reasonable notice for maintenance or inspection.
Indemnification
Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from injury, loss, or damage that occurs on the property.
